- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
NFL Fixtures takes copyright seriously. Accounts of users who are determined to be “repeat infringers” (those who have been notified of infringing activity more than twice) will be permanently suspended or terminated.
