1. General Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: If a major technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing a live stream or specific sports data for which you have paid.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Non-Activation: If your premium account was not activated within 24 hours of successful payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Once you have accessed the premium content or live stream, we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
- Internet Issues: Refunds will not be provided for streaming quality issues caused by your internet connection or device compatibility.
- Missed Matches: If you forget to watch a scheduled match or event, no refund will be issued.
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchase tickets or subscriptions through an external link (e.g., Ticketmaster, Sky Sports), you must contact that specific provider for a refund.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation will stop future billing.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account username/email.
- Order ID/Transaction ID.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
