NASHVILLE – The Titans have promoted offensive lineman Jordan Roos from the practice squad to the team’s 53-man roster.

The Titans have waived running back Julius Chestnut.

Roos, who played on special teams last week against the Raiders, was initially signed as a free agent during training camp in 2021 and he was on the team’s practice squad last season.

The 6-foot-3-inch, 302-pounder originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the Seattle Seahawks in 2017. He spent three total seasons in Seattle, appearing in 14 total games during that time.

Also on Saturday, the Titans submitted linebacker Joe Schobert and defensive back Theo Jackson as gameday elevations for Sunday’s contest vs the Colts. Both players will revert to the practice squad after the game.

Kickoff for Sunday’s Titans-Colts game in Indianapolis is set for noon CDT
